I have never quite been so disappointed in an application yet I cannot truly say the application is bad. After purchasing a subscription directly from the SBI website and receiving a confirmation and some general registration info I have been completely unable to use the information I have received to view anything in the app thus I cannot put blame on the software directly. This is a wonderful and vibrant publication but someone is truly not doing their job. Any and all correspondence has gone unanswered and I am left with typing a gripemail review. Apple themselves should also monitor the performance of those that market through them. Someone please take the reins to this runaway and set it straight.
As it stands right now I can only say this is completely ineffectual and absolutely unacceptable.
